The problem
Technical founders build products before they build pipelines.
By the time the product is real, the commercialization system is six quarters behind. We see the same gaps in every founder-led B2B SaaS we talk to.
01
Product without distribution
You shipped. The roadmap is full. But nobody knows it exists outside of your network.
02
Random marketing activity
A blog post here, a webinar there, a LinkedIn streak that died in two weeks.
03
Disconnected systems
Spreadsheets, half-configured HubSpot, a calendar link, a Notion CRM that no one updates.
04
No repeatable outbound
When pipeline dries up, you scramble. There is no engine to turn on — only effort to spend.
05
Inconsistent pipeline
Two great months, three quiet ones. Forecasting is guesswork. Hiring is risky.
06
Wasted marketing spend
Agencies, contractors, tools. The bill goes up. Booked calls don't.
What gets installed
Thirteen systems, wired together. Yours to own.
Each component is a working piece of infrastructure your team operates after handoff. No black boxes. No retainer dependency.
module · 01
Lead Capture Infrastructure
Forms, enrichment, source attribution, and routing that captures every inbound signal — not just the ones that fill out Contact Us.
module · 02
CRM and Pipeline Workflows
A configured CRM with stages, automations, and ownership rules. Your team sees the same pipeline you do.
module · 03
Booking and Routing Systems
Round-robin or founder-direct booking with qualification questions, reminders, and reschedule logic.
module · 04
Founder LinkedIn Positioning

module · 05
Outbound Infrastructure
Domain warmup, inbox stack, sequencer, ICP lists, and reply triage. Engineered to actually land in primary.
module · 06
AI-Assisted Content Engine
Repeatable content pipeline using LLMs as drafting assistants — founder voice, not generic agency slop.
module · 07
Product Videos
Narrated walkthroughs cut from your real product — a launch film for the home page and a library of short feature clips for onboarding, ads and directory listings.
module · 08
Analytics and Tracking
Source attribution, funnel telemetry, and a single dashboard that answers: where is pipeline coming from this week.
module · 09
Follow-Up Automation
No-shows recovered. Stalled deals nudged. Closed-lost re-engaged. Without anyone remembering to do it.
module · 10
FounderBridge Distribution
Access to the FounderBridge network for cross-distribution into communities of technical founders and SaaS buyers.
module · 11
AWS Marketplace Exposure
SaaS listing on AWS Marketplace — procurement-ready exposure to enterprise buyers with committed cloud spend.

Distribution into the directories your buyers actually search — optimized listings on G2, AppSumo, and Product Hunt.

Case studies
Two launches, start to finish.
Both are launches we ran end to end, which means we can show you the whole build — what got installed, what shipped, and what it produced.

klaai.co
Klaai
AI bookkeeping for small business
Made the product visible, then launched it on a lifetime offer.
Klaai's entire story is what happens on screen — Claude reading a folder of receipts and writing balanced entries. None of it was visible on the site. Visitors had to read their way to a product they could have watched in ninety seconds.
What we installed
Seven narrated product walkthroughs, cut from the live product — a full tour plus six task-level films
Launch film on the home page and a browsable video library, both indexed for search
Timecoded voice-over scripts for every film, so the set can be re-voiced or re-cut without re-shooting
Lifetime deal (LTD) launch offer, priced and gated separately from the public plans
7
walkthroughs live, from tour to task
Every figure on screen is the product's own — no mockups, no invented numbers.

SocBridge
SOC 2 compliance and trust infrastructure
A trust directory, and ten calls in the first week.
SocBridge had the compliance product and no acquisition motion — no public surface for buyers to find, and no way to reach the ones who would never find it.
What we installed
Trust Directory launched as a public surface for vendor security posture
ICP list building, sequencing in founder voice, and reply triage into a booking flow
Acquisition campaign run end to end, with every reply routed to a human
10
calls booked in the first week
Booked meetings with ICP buyers — not networking calls.
Ecosystem
A commercialization stack, not a single tool.

GTMBridge vs. agencies
We do not look like a marketing agency. We are not one.

FAQ
Questions founders ask before kickoff.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We won't sell — we'll tell you whether GTMBridge is the right fit.
What is GTMBridge?
GTMBridge is a commercialization infrastructure company. We install a working go-to-market operating system — CRM, outbound, booking flows, lead routing, founder positioning, and analytics — for technical founders and B2B SaaS startups in 30 days.
Is GTMBridge a marketing agency?
No. GTMBridge installs operational systems, not campaigns. There is no monthly retainer for content creation or ad management. The deliverable is a working pipeline infrastructure your team owns.
How long does the install take?
30 days from kickoff to a fully operational GTM system. Week 1 covers positioning and infrastructure setup, Week 2 lead sourcing and outreach, Week 3 outbound activation, and Week 4 optimization and pipeline review.
Who is GTMBridge built for?
Technical founders running B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, security, or compliance companies who have product but lack a repeatable commercialization system. Best fit is 1–25 person teams pre or post initial revenue.
How much does it cost?
The GTM Foundation Install is $786 one-time setup — all $786 is refunded in ad credits through the campaign. Optional recurring operations support is available after onboarding if you want us to run the system rather than operate it yourselves.
What gets installed?
Lead capture infrastructure, CRM and pipeline workflows, booking and routing systems, founder LinkedIn positioning, outbound infrastructure, AI-assisted content engine, analytics and tracking, follow-up automation, FounderBridge distribution, AWS Marketplace exposure, SaaS directory distribution (G2, AppSumo, Product Hunt), and access to the GTMBridge partner network.
Do we own the tools after handoff?
Yes. The CRM, domains, inboxes, sequencer, analytics, and content systems are configured on accounts you own. We do not vendor-lock you into a proprietary platform.
How is this different from hiring a fractional CMO or growth hacker?
A fractional CMO produces strategy and oversight. A growth hacker runs tactics. GTMBridge installs the underlying infrastructure — the connected systems both of those roles need to actually do their jobs. We are upstream of both.
Will this work if we have not figured out our positioning?
Yes. Week 1 includes ICP and positioning work. We do not write copy on top of unclear positioning — we lock the positioning first, then build the system around it.
